  Lack luster over priced food with no taste, and a wait staff that ignores you completely. When you complain about the poor service he threw the check on the tray at my wife. This place sucks, and never getting my business again.

  We visited Alcoa Chilli's on a busy Sunday. With long wait times which is understandable. We were told 30ish minutes wait. We waited over an hour and was told that we were next even after we split our party and the other two halves of our party got seated 20-30 minutes earlier,but the hostess seated four other groups of people before us that had not been there before us. So to say we left. Thanks for making us sit for over an hour telling us we were next.
