- 1 / 5By Rantcey EdwardsFirst off let me say the food was good. But that was all that was enjoyable about my visit. I had ordered off of the lunch menu which comes with a FREE drink. I ask the waitress, who from the start of our order had a crappy attitude anyways, to just give my free drink to my dad. I went ahead and took a water to drink. When it come time to pay the drink was on my dad's ticket. So I talked to the crappy waitress and she wouldn't do anything to help. So I asked for the manager who I thought would take care of it. But what do I get.... ATTITUDE!!! And a NO!!! I never post anything bad about eating out at restaurants, but this experience was horrible. And I love Applebees, but the one off Alcoa HWY stunk on this day.March 13, 2017
